Gluten Free Cheese Cake Cookies

1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
80 grams cream cheese
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup gluten free oreo cookies (crumbled)


1. Place the butter and the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth and creamy
2. Beat in the sugar and vanilla extract until well combined
3. Sieve in the flour and mix until completely combined
4. Fold in the dark and white chocolate chips until mixed well, and place to one side
5. Place the oreos into a food processor and wiz to create a crumble and pour into a bowl
6. Grab your cookie dough and form individual balls of dough
7. Roll the balls in the oreo crumble insuring the ball is completely coated in crumble
8. Place the coated cookie ball onto a baking sheet lined with grease proof baking paper
9. Place into a warm oven at 180 degrees C for 12 – 15 min until the edges of the cookies are golden in colour
10. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 min and then transfer to a wire cooling rack
