Gluten Free Crumbled Apple

1 Apple
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

1. Cut top off the apple and carefully core out the centre of the apple to leave a shell
2. Remove the seeds and chop up the removed apple
3. Place into a saucepan on a medium heat with the sugar and cinnamon and place a lid on and leave to stew
4. Once stewed carefully spoon back into the cored out apple and place to one side

Topping:
1 cup Gluten free flour
1/4 – 1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp Demerara sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

5. Mix all the ingredients into a bread crumble texture using your fingers and palm of hand
6. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the prepared apple
7. Place on a baking tray or skillet and place into warm oven at 180 degrees C for 30 -40 min, until crumble is   crips and baked.
8. Remove from oven and allow cool for 5 min before serving
9. You can serve this with ice-cream, whipped cream or custard.
