Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Muffins

Muffin Base
2 cups doves gluten free self raising flour
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg (2 medium)
½ cup butter
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt
2. In a separate bowl mix milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla
3. Add in the butter to the wet mixture and combine well
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry and combine, then fold in chocolate chips
5. Pour into muffin cases in the muffin tray
6. Place into warm oven at 200 degrees C for 20 min

You can add in 250 grams of berries, fruit, nuts or anything you desire to give the muffins a different taste.
